01Our commitment
Oatley Medical Aesthetics wants everyone to be able to read about our treatments and get in touch, whatever device you use and however you use it. That includes people using a screen reader, a keyboard alone, magnification, or a browser set to larger text.
If any part of this site or any of our clinics is difficult for you to use, please tell us. We will help you directly and fix what we can.
02How this site is built
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone.
- Pages use proper headings and landmarks, so a screen reader can move through them in a sensible order.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Text reflows without loss of content when you zoom in or use a small screen.
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
- Form fields have visible labels and clear error messages.
03Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet had a formal accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.
This statement will be updated when the site has been assessed against those guidelines.
04Known issues
We would rather list what is not right than claim the site is perfect.
No formal accessibility audit has been carried out yet. If you find anything on this site that does not work for you, please tell us using the details below and we will put it right.
Where a problem is on a service run by someone else — for example the online booking system — we will raise it with that provider and offer you another way to book in the meantime.
05Getting information another way
If you need anything on this site in a different format — large print, plain text by email, or read to you over the telephone — ask and we will provide it. Aftercare instructions and consent information can also be provided in another format.
06Telling us about a problem
Contact us using the details below. Please describe what you were trying to do, which page you were on, and what got in the way. We will reply within 20 working days.
If you are not happy with our response, you can raise it under our complaints procedure, or take it further with the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
